Your show,
in your books
before you pack up.

Bookkeeping for people who sell trading cards at shows. Say what you sold and it is logged — the card leaves your stock, the cost comes off, and the profit for the weekend is there when you look up.

The weekend adds up while you are still at the table

Forty cards across two days, half of them cash, some of them trades. By Sunday night the receipts are a pile and the numbers are a guess. Clody keeps the show as you work it: every sale against the right event, every card off the shelf as it goes, every cost carried through so the margin at the end is a real number and not a feeling.

  • Per-show totals. Money in, money out, and what you actually made — for that show, not for the month.
  • Stock that keeps itself. Sell a card at a table and it is gone from your count everywhere else.
  • Costs that follow the card. What you paid stays attached, so the profit line is not just revenue with a nicer name.
  • Two currencies. A show across the border is recorded in the money it was traded in, not converted into a number you cannot check.

Logging a sale should take less time than making it

You have a buyer in front of you and a phone in your pocket. Say sold the Charizard ex for two sixty-five and that is the entry. No form, no scrolling for the card, no promising yourself you will type it up tonight. Photograph the cash and the card together and the amount and the card are read off the picture.

Anything logged by voice is held for you to confirm, so a misheard number is something you catch at a quiet moment instead of something you find in March.

The cards that did not sell are already written up

Everything still on your shelf is a listing waiting to be posted. Clody writes it — title, condition, price, description, the photo to attach — ready to paste into Facebook Marketplace, Instagram or Whatnot. Share one link and buyers browse the lot without you answering the same question eleven times.

What it sounds like

  • Sold a Charizard for 120 bucks

→Logs the sale at $120, takes the Charizard out of your stock, and adds the margin over what you paid.

  • How much did I make at the Toronto show?

→Totals that show on its own — takings, what the stock cost you, and what you cleared.

  • List this Pikachu on Facebook Marketplace

→Writes the listing — title, condition, grade and price — ready to paste.

Getting started

Two steps, about a minute.

  1. Create your account

Free. Your 30 days of Pro is already on when you arrive — there is no code to ask anybody for.

  2. Start logging

Type it, photograph it, or say it to an assistant. Everything else keeps itself.

It also works by talking

Muse×Clody

Clody connects to Meta's Muse and to any assistant that speaks MCP, so a sale can be logged in whatever you already have open. You do not need it to use Clody — the app works on its own — but the dealers who use it stop touching their phone at the table.
